You may return most items purchased from our Site within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)

1.2 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely, including the RAN and a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

2.2 Partial Refunds

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
